Ingredients

  • Pork Fat 5 tbsp
  • Pork Leg 1 kg boneless cut in pieces
  • Yellow Onion 333 g chopped
  • Bell Pepper 1 pc chopped
  • Tomato 1 pc cut in pieces
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Water 5 dl
  • Garlic 4 clove sliced
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Pepper 1 pinch
  • Caraway 1 tsp
  • Water 1 little bit

Steps

  1. heat up Pork Fat 5 tbsp in large pan
  2. add Pork Leg 1 kg boneless cut in pieces
  3. fry until it browns
  4. remove Meat
  5. add Yellow Onion 333 g chopped
  6. fry until it gets glassy
  7. add Bell Pepper 1 pc chopped Tomato 1 pc cut in pieces
  8. cook 5 min
  9. add Salt 2 tsp
  10. add Water 5 dl gradually
  11. cook 15 min medium heat
  12. add Meat
  13. mix
  14. add Garlic 4 clove sliced
  15. add Salt 1 pinch Pepper 1 pinch Caraway 1 tsp more if needed
  16. in the meantime add Water 1 little bit when needed
  17. cook low heat until it softens
