  • Potato 4 pc
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Pork 500 g whole fillet
  • Ale (Beer) 350 ml
  • Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Honey 8 tbsp
  • Sheep Cheese 200 g
  • Parmesan 30 g
  • Heavy Cream 100 ml
  • Pepper 1 pinch
  • Chives 1 bunch chopped

Steps

  1. put Potato 4 pc in baking tray
  2. bake 200 °C 10 min preheated
  3. heat up Oil 1 tbsp in large pan
  4. add Pork 500 g whole fillet
  5. sear high heat until it browns all sides
  6. remove Meat
  7. rest Meat covered
  8. add Ale (Beer) 350 ml in large pan
  9. add Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Honey 8 tbsp
  10. cook until sticky
  11. put Meat in baking tray
  12. smear with Sauce
  13. take Potato
  14. wrap in aluminum foil
  15. add Potato in baking tray
  16. bake Everything 180 °C 1 h
  17. in the meantime Meat smear with Sauce when needed
  18. remove Meat
  19. rest in aluminum foil
  20. bake Potato 180 °C 10 min
  21. mix Sheep Cheese 200 g Parmesan 30 g Heavy Cream 100 ml Pepper 1 pinch
  22. unwrap Potato
  23. cut Potato open
  24. put on it Cheese Mix
  25. sprinkle with Chives 1 bunch chopped when serving
