  • Shrimp 500 g frozen
  • Water 400 ml
  • Rice 200 ml
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Green Onion / Scallion 4 pc sliced
  • Bell Pepper 4 pc cut into cubes/diced
  • Carrot 6 pc cut into cubes/diced
  • Curry Powder 2 tsp
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Broth 100 ml
  • Parsley Leaf 0.5 bunch chopped

Steps

  1. defrost Shrimp 500 g frozen
  2. boil up Water 400 ml
  3. add Rice 200 ml Salt 1 tsp
  4. cook low heat until liquid absorbed
  5. heat up Oil 1 tsp in large pan
  6. add Shrimp
  7. fry 5 min
  8. add Green Onion / Scallion 4 pc sliced Bell Pepper 4 pc cut into cubes/diced Carrot 6 pc cut into cubes/diced
  9. fry 5 min
  10. add Curry Powder 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp Broth 100 ml
  11. add Rice Parsley Leaf 0.5 bunch chopped
