Ingredients

  • Water 5 l
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Gnocchi 600 g
  • Butter 125 g
  • Sage 40 g
  • Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  • Spinach 120 g baby
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Walnut 50 g
  • Parmesan 50 g

Steps

  1. boil up Water 5 l in large pot
  2. add Salt 1 tsp Gnocchi 600 g
  3. cook until floating on surface
  4. drain Gnocchi with strainer
  5. in the meantime melt Butter 125 g in large pan
  6. fry 3 min until it foams
  7. add Sage 40 g
  8. fry 2 min until it gets crispy
  9. remove Sage with slotted spoon
  10. add Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced Gnocchi Spinach 120 g baby Salt 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp
  11. cook 5 min
  12. remove from heat
  13. put on it Walnut 50 g Sage
  14. sprinkle with Parmesan 50 g when serving
