Ingredients

  • Flour 170 g
  • Cocoa Powder 30 g
  • Egg White 6 pc
  • Vanilla Sugar 30 g
  • Sugar 225 g
  • Egg Yolk 6 pc
  • Milk 845 ml
  • Butter 30 g
  • Vanilla Pudding 90 g
  • Butter 150 g room temperature
  • Sugar 75 tbsp
  • Walnut 150 g toasted chopped
  • Walnut 12 pc

Steps

    Sponge Cake

  1. mix Flour 170 g Cocoa Powder 30 g
  2. whisk Egg White 6 pc add Vanilla Sugar 30 g Sugar 150 g slowly
  3. whisk until stiff
  4. add whisk Egg Yolk 6 pc slowly
  5. whisk until mixed evenly
  6. add Dry Mix carefully
  7. put Milk 45 ml Butter 30 g in small pot
  8. warm
  9. add Mixture a little bit
  10. mix to avoid lumping
  11. mix Mixture Milk Mix
  12. put in baking form 24 cm
  13. bake 160 °C in oven (top and bottom) until needle test

    Filling

  1. mix Vanilla Pudding 90 g Sugar 75 g Milk 50 ml in medium pot to avoid lumping
  2. add Milk 750 ml
  3. cook medium heat until it thickens
  4. cool completely
  5. mix Butter 150 g room temperature Sugar 75 tbsp until foamy
  6. add Pudding Walnut 150 g toasted chopped

    Assembly

  1. cut Sponge Cake horizontally, in half
  2. take Lower Half
  3. smear with Filling leave some for decoration
  4. put on it Upper Half
  5. smear with Filling all sides
  6. put on it Walnut 12 pc evenly optional
