Ingredients

  • Water 5 l
  • Potato 500 g with peel
  • Beef 700 g boneless
  • Salt 0.5 tbsp
  • Carrot 350 g whole cleaned
  • Potato 500 g whole cleaned
  • Parsnip Root 150 g whole cleaned
  • Parsley Root 100 g whole cleaned
  • Celery Root 100 g whole cleaned
  • Yellow Onion 150 g whole cleaned
  • Pea 100 g canned strained
  • Pickled Cucumber 150 g cut into cubes/diced
  • Mayonnaise 250 g
  • Salt 2 pinch
  • Pepper 2 pinch
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp

Steps

  1. boil up Water 1 l in medium pot
  2. add Potato 500 g with peel
  3. cook until it softens
  4. remove Potato
  5. peel Potato
  6. cool
  7. put Beef 700 g boneless Water 4 l Salt 0.5 tbsp in medium pot
  8. boil up
  9. cook medium heat 30 min skim when needed
  10. add Carrot 350 g whole cleaned Potato 500 g whole cleaned Parsnip Root 150 g whole cleaned Parsley Root 100 g whole cleaned Celery Root 100 g whole cleaned Yellow Onion 150 g whole cleaned
  11. cook low heat approx until it softens
  12. remove Meat Vegetables with colander spoon except onion
  13. cool
  14. cut Potato Meat Vegetables in cubes 5 mm
  15. add Pea 100 g canned strained
  16. add Pickled Cucumber 150 g cut into cubes/diced 5 mm
  17. add Mayonnaise 250 g
  18. add Salt 2 pinch Pepper 2 pinch Lemon Juice 1 tsp Mustard 1 tsp more if needed
  19. mix
