Ingredients

  • Broth 2 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Garlic 6 clove chopped
  • Broth 1.2 l
  • Celery Stalk 1 pc cut into cubes/diced
  • Carrot 2 pc cut into cubes/diced
  • Kale 100 g chopped
  • Champignon 150 g cut into cubes/diced
  • Tomato 1 pc cut into cubes/diced
  • Basil 1 tsp dried
  • Oregano 1 tsp dried
  • Thyme 1 tsp dried
  • Broth 1 little bit
  • White Bean 250 g canned strained
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp

Steps

  1. put Broth 2 tbsp in medium pot
  2. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  3. fry medium heat 5 min while stirring
  4. add Garlic 6 clove chopped
  5. fry medium heat 1 min
  6. add Broth 1.2 l Celery Stalk 1 pc cut into cubes/diced Carrot 2 pc cut into cubes/diced Kale 100 g chopped Champignon 150 g cut into cubes/diced Tomato 1 pc cut into cubes/diced Basil 1 tsp dried Oregano 1 tsp dried Thyme 1 tsp dried
  7. boil up
  8. cook low heat 45 min until it softens uncovered
  9. in the meantime add Broth 1 little bit if needed
  10. add White Bean 250 g canned strained Salt 2 tsp Pepper 1 tsp
  11. cook 5 min
